LossList is a documentation tool. We are not an insurance company, adjuster, public adjuster, or law firm, and nothing on this site is legal or insurance advice. Replacement costs and depreciation are estimates; you are responsible for the accuracy of any claim you submit. Never overstate a claim.

The Claim Pack is a one-time purchase giving 12 months of export access. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on request to support@getlosslist.com.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
